Knowledge Management and the Semantic Web: From Scenario to Technology

For those librarians concerned about the lack of authority control on the WWW, this article is worth a read. The first third of the article is a good description of the way the WWW should work and would with the Semantic Web.  The rest of the article points to the technology/workflow required to make it happen.
