TheoLib has been my on and off again blog for many years. Focused primarily on theological librarianship, it has from time to time included items about food and spirituality. Mostly it is a way for me to record my musings, explore in a written form ideas and connections that are emerging for me, and to leave a trail of breadcrumbs to I can remember where I’ve been.
I accepted a new position in the Boston University Libraries. As Associate University Librarian for Digital Initiatives and Open Access, my work is at once more broadly and more narrowly focused. I am now focusing primarily on Digital and Open Access issues. This is an opportunity to continue some of the initiatives I began in the Theology Library at a University level.
With this change in focus, my ability to actively post to this blog is increasingly limited. I’m considering what to do with it. For the time, it will remain. I’m will continue my musings about librarianship and scholarly communication at http://digilib.bu.edu/blogs/oa.
