Here is what I ate at Mass Ave Tavern on Saturday:
2 Buffalo chicken rangoons
4 Meatballs
1 Slice of garlic bread
1 Enormous California burger (avocado, tomato, bacon, swiss)
Not all the fries that came with it
Some Penne pasta
A side of fried mushrooms
I didn’t actually get any fried mushrooms, because I hate mushrooms. But you can order fried mushrooms at Mass Ave Tavern, and I did eat all that other food. I was stuffed by the end and everything I had was delicious. My one complaint was that the garlic bread was quite crunchy, but my burger was amazing. The restaurant is busy and fun, and is located right off of Newbury Street. The menu has a good mix of comfort food, interesting appetizers, and good bar and grill entrees. Definitely check it out! The one thing I can’t comment on is the dessert menu because we went to Cheesecake Factory instead. Which I don’t recommend, unless you want your stomach to explode and you want to make walking back to the T almost impossible.
