As a photographer I have many thoughts when it comes to digital vs. film. Of course digital is the way of the present and future. It is cheaper than film, and allows people to easily share photos digitally. Yet film still has an unmistakably distinct feel that is lost when it comes to pixelated images. I must not be the only one to notice this because many iPhone applications have popped up that magically make your cellphone pics have a vintage feel to them.

Instragram is a third-party application made for the iPhone which makes photos feel like are from the wonder years so to speak. It is easy to use and allows people to easily share photos with their friends. And the best part is the application is FREE. So if you have an iPhone or iPad download this app and start snapping your very own retro feeling pictures!
